Project-Based Services
For custom development projects, a 50% deposit is required to begin work. The deposit is non-refundable after work has commenced, as it covers discovery, design, and initial development.
The remaining 50% balance is due upon project completion. If we fail to deliver the agreed scope within a reasonable timeframe, you may be entitled to a partial refund of the deposit, determined on a case-by-case basis.
Monthly Subscription Services
Subscription services (maintenance, SEO, content, support) are billed monthly and are non-refundable for the current billing period. You may cancel at any time with 30 days notice, and services will continue until the end of the paid period.
