Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using The Infoage Solutions LLC websites and services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

Services

We provide website development, AI automation, SEO, lead generation, CRM solutions, and related digital services. The specific scope of each project is defined in a separate service agreement.

Payment Terms

Payment terms are outlined in your service agreement. Late payments may result in service suspension. All fees are non-refundable except as specified in our Refund Policy.

Intellectual Property

Upon full payment, you own the custom code and content developed for your project. We retain the right to use our pre-built components, frameworks, and tools. We may also showcase your project in our portfolio unless otherwise agreed.

Limitation of Liability

The Infoage Solutions LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services. Our total liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim.

Termination

Either party may terminate the agreement with 30 days written notice. Upon termination, you must pay for all services rendered up to the termination date.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Texas.
